COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Belgravia Apparel.  

Eligibility to Enter The competition is open to any Registered Netball Team located within the Netball Northern Zone.  All Team entries must be by a Team located in the Netball Northern Zone. Belgravia Apparel, New Balance and Northern Mystics employees and families are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so on behalf of your Netball Team and that you are eligible to be the nominated representative to receive any prizes that may be awarded to your Team.  There is a limit of one entry per Netball Team.

The Prize The major winning prize includes: 20 x New Balance branded Warm Up Tees, featuring the design you enter into the competition. Belgravia Apparel will be responsible for the production of the 20 x warm up tees that will feature a fully sublimated designed in accordance with the winning design entry; 20 x team representatives to attend a Northern Mystics training session and be presented with the winning warm up tees plus a meet and greet with players including signing session and photographs; 10 x Gold Reserve Tickets to the Northern Mystics v
Mainland Tactix match on 2 May 2026, at The Trusts Arena, Henderson. Team representatives attending this match must wear their winning Warm Up Tee.

There are also two consolation prizes:  Two x Netball Teams will each receive 10 x GA tickets to attend the Northern Mystics v Central Pulse match on Sunday 24 May 2026 at The Trusts Arena, Henderson. All travel related expenses to attend the Northern Mystics training session and nominated matches, included in the major and consolation prizes, will be the responsibility of the winning netball teams. 

The use of specific brands as prizes by Belgravia Apparel does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Belgravia Apparel's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement The competition is open from 9am Thursday, 4 December 2025 until 11.59pm on Sunday 21 December 2025. One x major prize winning Netball Team will be chosen by a panel of judges including two representatives from Northern Mystics and two representatives from Belgravia Apparel, and two x consolation winning Netball Teams will be chosen at random from all Teams that have placed an eligible entry during the competition period. The winning Netball Teams will be notified via email no later than Tuesday 23 December 2025. Belgravia Apparel will make two attempts to contact the winning Netball Team(s) via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Belgravia Apparel reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize The major prize winning Netball Team will be presented with their 20 x warm up Tees at a Northern Mystics Training Session – date and time of this session will be provided at least four weeks in advance of the nominated training session in accordance with the Northern Mystics training schedule. The winning team will receive their Gold Reserve tickets to the nominated Northern Mystics match via email. Consolation prize winners will receive tickets to the Northern Mystics match via email, no later than 5 days prior to the match in which they have won tickets to. 

Data Protection and Publicity You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Belgravia Apparel for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy policy – Belgravia Apparel | Sports AU Privacy Policy.  From time to time this may include marketing and promotional communications. All entrants may request information on the winning Netball Teams by emailing hello@belgraviaapparel.com. If requested by Belgravia Apparel, the winner agrees to release their Netball Team name to other competition participants.  

Entrants consent to Belgravia Apparel and Northern Mystics using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products, manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Belgravia Apparel or Northern Mystics.  

Limitation of Liability Belgravia Apparel and Northern Mystics accept no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize:
